Over mij
My name is Lauren Armishaw and I am passionate about music and the teaching of music. I have experience teaching piano and singing for over 20 years. As well as this I am a professional singer giving concerts throughout The Netherlands and Europe. Both my work as a teacher and as a soloist are equally important to me. I love to share the joy of music with my students. It is very rewarding to see how music helps them to grow and develop in all aspects of their lives.
Ik ben opgegroied in Nieuw-Zeeland waar ik zelf viol, blokfluit, piano en orgel heb geleerd. Ik zong in het koor op school en later in de Nationale Jeugdkoor en dan de Wereld Jeugdkoor. I kwam naar Nederland om zang te studeren aan de Conservatorium in Den Haag in 2001. Sins die tijd heb ik veel kinderen van de British School, International School en American School pianoles gegeven. Verder ben ik klassieke zangeres en treed regelmatig op als solist of in ensembles zoals het Nederlands Kamerkoor.

BMus - Bachelor of Music in Composition (Victoria University, Wellington, NZ)

- At my home studio in De Bras, The Hague. This is easily reachable from The Hague, Voorburg, Delft, Leidschenveen, Nootdorp and Ypenburg
- In exceptional circumstances and depending on where you live, it may be possible to give lessons at your home.

Wat neem je mee?
In de eerste les kan je neem alle boeken die je met een voormalige docent heb gebruikt. Voor nieuwe studenten zorg ik voor de lesboeken.
